12th January - the trip to Ribe

Francisca, Juliana, Ana Margarida e Ana Filipa

It's a cold Thursday. The clouds are in an abundant number and the sky is about to cry. Everybody is doing their daily routine at school, except twenty four students. Those are nervous and excited at the same time. They know they were about to take a flight of three long hours, but their ambition to meet their Danish mates doesn't allow them to be afraid of anything. For some of them, it is the first time they are flying.
Before the plane lifts off, a German has some problems with his baggage, which causes some discomfort in the people inside the plane. A couple of hours later, this drunk man starts arguing and fighting with a Portuguese guy. He keeps causing trouble with the airplane staff.
After landing, the  police  comes to arrest the German and the other passengers applaud.
Then everyone goes to get their baggage. Unfortunately, some of the suitcases are damaged, so we need to complain about this situation.
We are so excited to meet our new Danish friends... They are there, with a welcoming sign. That is so cool and they are so funny and energetic.
Each of us tries to find their partner and after that we talk a little bit with them, telling them about our flight and introducing ourselves.
10 minutes later is time to go to the bus to the next part of the trip, 4 hours in a bus, but  it isn´t really bad because they are always laughing and singing a lot of cool songs, and we talk to them, we sing with them, they make some really good jokes and that is amazing... We could spend hours getting to know them and the trip is actually good, of course we are very excited to see their school so it feels like the time isn't ticking.
When we finally get there we are amazed, it is all so pretty, but also really cold. Our Danish friends take us to the right room and tell us where we are going to sleep.
The day is over. We are all very tired but very happy!
